Deshalb kann ich hier nur mit aller Vorsicht antworten und sagen, dass in allen Dokumenten der Kommission, die sich mit der Notwendigkeit von Reformen in Europa beschäftigen, immer darauf hingewiesen wird, dass zumindest in einigen Bereichen und in einigen Mitgliedsländern die Arbeitsmärkte zu rigide sind, zu wenig flexibel, und dass mehr Flexibilität auf den Arbeitsmärkten – allerdings von Fall zu Fall immer sehr genau zu beschreiben – in der Tat zu mehr unternehmerischer Initiative, zu mehr Risikobereitschaft und im Ergebnis zu mehr Beschäftigung führen würde.
